MOVING FORWARD....

Minsan sa buhay ng tao. Di mawawala ang salitang "Pain". Everybody believes na ang kaakibat ng happiness ay pain. If someone is matured enough to enter a serious relationship, Make sure that you are matured enough to handle what comes after. It sounds harsh but definitely true. Sometimes a love goes wrong. It's either ikaw ang nagkulang o siya ang di lumaban. Life doesn't always go our way. Sad to say, people come and go.

What is Moving Forward? I define this as a self help procedure of continuing one's life after a painful experience. O di ba???? Nosebleed.. Honestly, there are no easy ways to mend a broken heart especially, when you learn to love the person more than you love yourself. I've been there and done that. It was not really easy to recuperate from an unclosed relationship. Mahirap kasi, araw-araw iniisip ko na "What went wrong?" Wala akong idea kung ano ba ang estado ng aming relasyon.

Everybody's right. Lahat ng tao nababaliw kapag umiibig. We go beyond, we do crazy things in the name of love. Ika nga nila, We're only humans and we are born to make mistakes.

These are my Seven Ways to Move Forward:

1. Let it out.
-I always believe in Joe Mango that "Sometimes, letting it out can make a big difference." It's true, You should share your painful experience to a friend or any members of the family. Sharing helps lessen the pain off your chest. Sometimes, we need a bit of comfort. This is the time you take some notes of advice coming from them.

2. Pray
-Believe in the power of prayer. Go to a church of your choice. Sometimes, we need to surrender our broken heart to god and ask for guidance, enlightenment and strength to move forward. Communication with god helps you letting it out.

3.Take a vacation
-Taking vacation alone would be a lot more easier to find one's self. I do suggest that seeing natural spots would be more helpful. Seeing god's creation may help you understand and gives you time to reflect that there is more to life and it's fun to live a new life.

4.Set your goals
-This is the time to list down all your goals to move forward. It's about doing things that you either forgot to do or something unusual to you. for girls, it could be visiting the salon and do the make over, enrolling to a cooking class, engaging one's self in a yoga sessions and doing some charity works. for guys, it could be visiting a massage spa for body relaxation, enrolling to a gym session and engaging one's self in sports. Make sure to set your goals properly.

5.Application Process
-This is the part where you apply your goals on a step by step basis. Honestly, this is the hardest part of moving forward. Making yourself busy. It's all about your determination to move forward. As long as you have a dedicated heart and a strong mind. Nothing is impossible.

6.Go back to step number 2.
-When you feel like every goals you have listed and applied works for you. It is the time to pray again and thank the lord for all the beautiful things. We should never forget to THANK THE LORD.

7. Make it a habit
-The last step of moving forward tells you to do these things habitual. Once, you make it a habit. You'll get used to it. This helps you to erase the bad memories and concentrate more of yourself.

Honestly, Everything I said here works for me. Sana ganoon din ang effect sa inyo. Always remember, Ikaw lang ang makakatulong sa sarili mo para  maka move forward.. God bless!!!!
