Jessica Sanchez, the fil-mexican topped the American Idol performances

Another half filipina is trying to conquer the American Idol stage this season. Jessica Sanchez together with the 12 hopefuls are ready to take the challenge to become the next American Idol. The competition is getting more fiecer, more bolder and more stronger. The 16-year-old San Diego high school student is now ready to set the record.

I remember the time when Jasmine Trias and Ramielle Malubay tries to win the title and received harsh comments coming from former judge Simon Cowell. Even, Thia Megia who joined last season failed to make it. I feel sorry for them.

Anyways, I had the chance to watched the last episode. The judges were blown away with her rendition of "I will always love you" A tribute to the late Whitney Houston. She topped the list with her strongest contender Hollie Cavanagh. On set of her performance, Randy, J.Lo and Steven was so amazed with the way she sang the hardest song of all time. She set the bar standards high as She received a very stunning and powerful feedback from the judges.

These are the following comments of the three lovely judges:

From Randy Jackson: "one of the best talents in the whole country."

From Jennifer Lopez: "just amazing. I don't even know what to say,"

From Steven Tyler: "Jessica, you may be the one. You just made 40 million people cry,"

I'm so excited to see Jessica Sanchez nailed it and consistently being on the top. Her journey would not be as easy but, I'm very confident that she would conquer the center stage of American Idol on her every performances. Just keep on voting her. Who knows?? She may be the one to bring home the bacon..  Go Jessica.. Make us proud!

Bela Padilla's Cover for March made a mark in the history of FHM

The most talked about cover ever published in the history of FHM has been selling like Hotcakes. The controversial cover captures the attention of all media and press people all over the metro. They thought that the cover said to be racist. In which Bela Padilla pictures stepping out of the shadow of black people on the background. Despite of the issue, She maintain very reserved and very opinionated.

These are the things that she said during the controversy:

"The concept of my @FHMPhil cover was stepping out of MY inhibitions MY fears and MY shadows. Not belittling any race. :)

"The title provided by @FHMPhil is in connection with the article and has NOTHING to do with skin colors.

A very brave Bela Padilla told the whole press about how she respect the opinion and violent reaction of the press people. A well thorough examination and execution has been made and all certain pointers has taken to consideration and the whole management of the said magazine has decided to change the cover and apologize with the incident.

The new cover set to be very pleasing in the eyes of the press people. In my own opinion, I don't think that the first cover is an issue. If we took the time to examine the cover. I honestly believe that the picture is an art. Because of this, I'm starting to like her even more. I already bought a cover and I must say, It's all worth the money.. Kudos to her!!!!!!

ATENEO Lady Blue Eagles lost their second chance win against DE LA SALLE Lady Spikers

It was a frustrating Wednesday afternoon watching the Lady blue eagles lost their grip for another victory against the unstoppable Lady Spikers of De La Salle University. The much awaited game of all season had sold millions of ticket that made me and friends bought an upper box ticket worth 50.00Php. I must say that the game is truly exciting. The so called "Under dogs" were really dedicated this time to grab their first winning title as the UAAP season 74 Women's Volleyball Champions.

As the game began, You'll feel the heat rises between the two giant schools as they started to sing their own cheers. Honestly, I feel so excited to see Gretchen Ho in person playing her quick set forte. She is very beautiful. Two thumbs up for her!!!!!  Hehehehe..

I would like to commend Allysa Valdez for her sky rocketing spikes. I have never seen a girl who spikes like a fireball. The game went bad on the third set as the Blue eagles having receiving error while the Lady Spikers continues to put the lady eagles down and bring home the bacon. The Blue eagles failed to maintain their momentum. I did not anticipate the game would end like that. I feel sorry for them. How I wish they do have good receive in order for them to have good play. What I like the most is the combination play and BOOM! What a game???!!!

I wish they could win the next season.. I'm excited to see them again for the Shakey's V-league this summer.. GO ATENEO! ONE BIG FIGHT!
